Breathing we certainly take for granted.. Breath work should be considered as a workout really. Like the way you make time to meditate or workout or just you time. I feel this gets us ready for when we really need it. We have this defence mechanism implanted in us for the scary times like when we’re getting chased by something that could possibly eat us or we see our deathbed during a time of running. But in this day and age we have all these things that put us in this place. Like the day-to-day things that stress us out. Now during these stressful times this type of breath work could really come in handy! They’re all different kinds of breath work that help us be our better selves. And this can be during transformational times, during stressful times, or when you have purposely raise your heart rate like working out or training. This segment is merely my thoughts and experience on this topic. Being that this week is mental health awareness week this is a perfect time to release such an episode. What are you doing this for working out or just for your mental sanity either way this brings such importance. Hope some of you can resonate with this.
