Diane shares the story behind Punchh's founding, which began in a garage when two of its founders noticed the outdated nature of physical punch cards that were commonly used to track customer loyalty. They saw an opportunity to digitize this process and make it more convenient for customers, leading to the creation of Punchh.

Diane also talks about the benefits of digital loyalty programs over physical ones, such as reducing plastic waste and the risk of losing physical cards. She also discusses the psychology of loyalty programs and how they incentivize customer behavior.
