This week Dr. Porter sits down with Lisa Hill. Lisa has over 20 years of professional marketing, product development, media, branding, and management operations experience in all phases of business development for non-profit and private sector companies. She holds a strong track record for performance and profit as well as proven success as a turn-around expert with a talent for leading teams through change. She’s a creative visionary with an exceptional ability to communicate and motivate with a proven ability to take charge of projects and identify and resolve problems with resourceful experience to complete things on time and under budget. Conducting business from a faith-based initiative has allowed her to grow businesses through non-conventional methods resulting in success with integrity. Today she shares with Dr. Porter how sleeping clean can lead to cleaner and healthier living. Most people don’t realize our pillows contain fungus and micro toxins that can damage our health and more importantly affect our brain health. Most pillows tested have over 16 types of fungi. That’s a frightening thought. Lisa is working on the development of “functional fabrics” as an emerging market that can help people overcome the ill effects of these toxins and live a healthier life while sleeping better. She is currently teaching and educating individuals on how to preserve their health and how we can all assist each other on this journey of life. She’s also working on finishing her book “Mirror, Mirror – True Cellular Communication.” Her favorite health hack includes taking time to “check out” and doing something good for someone else when she doesn’t feel her best.
