Imagine being locked up in prison for a serious crime. You’re probably thinking, “This is it. My life is over. I have no future, even if I get out of here. How am I going to work? Who’s going to hire me?” Today's guest shows that there is hope of second chances.

Bryan Kelley serves as the CEO of the Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP), an innovative nonprofit organization that unites business executives and inmates through entrepreneurial passion and servant leadership to transform lives, restore families and rebuild communities.

Bryan is not only the CEO, but he is also a graduate of the program having served nearly 22 years in Texas’ prisons. As a successful re-entrant turned prison reform advocate, Bryan gives voice to those who wear the scarlet letter of ex-felon and hope to those who will.
