🇬🇧 This is an episode full of emotions and lyricism. Joyce comes along with Neilor Proveta‘s precise clarinet to bring once again her amazing scats. André Mehmari also takes us for a flight in Mairiporã with a delicate execution full of instruments and voice, like a prayer. Ernesto Nazareth‘s Celestial is not well known but has an important place amongst master’s works. Arthur Maia died not long ago but made history with a legacy of outstanding compositions that also show the delicate side of his instrument, the electric bass. Quarteto Romançal deserves special attention, their recordings are rare and live in the edge of popular and classical music. Take this episode with an open heart !

🇧🇷 Num programa emocionante do começo ao fim, selecionamos composições e execuções muito líricas. Joyce vem acompanhada do clarinete preciso de Proveta para mais um de seus scats. André Mehmari também nos leva para voar em Mairiporã com uma delicada execução cheia de instrumentos e voz, como se fosse uma reza. A Celestial, de Ernesto Nazareth, é pouco conhecida mas ocupa um lugar de muita importância na obra do mestre. Arthur Maia, um grande baixista, nos deixou recentemente, mas fez história com um legado de maravilhosas composições que mostram também o lado delicado de seu instrumento quase percussivo. E atenção especial ao Quarteto Romançal, cuja obra é rara e difícil de encontrar. Ouça este programa de peito aberto !
