This week we made our way down to Woodstock Connecticut to talk with head brewer is Ralph Fiegel the head brewer at Taylor Brooke Brewery. Ralph is a chef by trade, and after years of home brewing on the side took the leap into professional brew in West Concord Ma. A few years later Ralph opened up a brewery at the already established Taylor Brooke Winery and the rest is history. Tune in this week to learn about Ralph and how he uses some of the same methodology he used in cooking as he does in beer and how having a winery on site is a huge advantage to their business.
