For this episode of Brewstilled I’ll be recapping Week 13 of the 2023 NFL season and for the House of Lombardi. For week 13 the Dallas Cowboys won against the Seattle Seahawks in a high stakes and barn burner of a Thursday night matchup. Yet, the Cowboys defense has shown to be the Cowboys weakness. For Seattle, they’re now 6-6 and their playoff hopes are now in jeopardy. The Denver Broncos’ winning streak came to an end in an ugly loss to the Houston Texans. For Detroit, they bounced back from their Thanksgiving Day loss against the Packers in their win against the Saints, but like the Cowboys, the Lions have a weakness in their defense. Will the Detroit Lions be one and done in the playoffs? For the New York Jets, their soap opera continues. Aaron Rogers also wants to come back, but is that a good idea? In their first game since the firing of Frank Reich, the Carolina Panthers lost again. Also, who wants to actually take the Carolina Panthers coaching job? The Green Bay Packers achieved a major win against Kansas City on Sunday night for what could elevate them to a higher state and into the playoffs. The Jacksonville Jaguars lost on Monday night in overtime to the Cincinnati Bengals. Trevor Lawrence also went down to an injury, which could cost the Jaguars in their playoff aspirations.
