Victor Martinez is a City Council candidate and Pastor of New Generation Church, running against Jeremiah Ellison. He has an education from Bethel University where he received Ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God. He wants to improve the relationship between cops and the community, while also supporting early intervention systems to weed out poorly performing cops from the workforce.
