Around the world, there are some foods that are either banned or super controversial. For example, in the United States, you can't buy haggis because it contains sheep lungs, which are banned. Foie gras, made from the liver of force-fed ducks or geese, is banned in places like California due to animal cruelty concerns. In Japan, eating fugu, a type of pufferfish, is a risky delicacy because it's poisonous if not prepared correctly. And in some countries, raw milk is a no-go because it can carry harmful bacteria.
