Some of us come from “picture perfect” families, and some of us from “broken” families. No matter what your past experiences are, there is a certain reality: Family is the foundation to culture.

This week Pastor David discusses how our own pursuits many times drives us to isolation, but God’s reality is for us to engage one another in the Family of God. God, views us not only as individuals, but as individuals comprising a larger family.

What keeps us from engaging in true family? Why do we sometimes feel alone in this journey on earth? Let us learn to live out the creed found in 1 Timothy 5:1-2 “Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father. Treat younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with absolute purity.”
