UCLA is deep into its coaching search, so we decided we needed to do a third BROCast in three days. Today, we tried to put our heads above water to talk about the candidates, and what we think UCLA should be prioritizing in a candidate. We also made the argument for a guy like Tony White, since so many people have been asking.

We talked about some of the other candidates and what is compelling UCLA to interview and pursue. We also gave our sense that the decision isn't imminent at this point, with the UCLA administration still pretty clearly in the vetting and interviewing stage of the process.

We wrapped up with a discussion of basketball, which has continued its impressive run here in February with a sweep of the Bay Area schools on the road. UCLA is now 13-11, so we discussed the possibility of UCLA getting an at-large bid for the NCAA Tournament, and what needs to happen over the remaining weeks of the season.
