William Suff, "The Riverside Prostitute Killer", should never have had the opportunity to murder 12 women in Riverside, California. In 1973, he and his then-wife were arrested and charged with murder for the brutal beating death of their 2-month old daughter. He was sentenced to serve 70 years, however, the state of Texas released him after 10. After that, he moved to California and started hunting his prey among the prostitutes in Riverside.
