Social Media can feel like a really integral part of our lives. Once you delete it, you realize that everyone else is focusing on this image built up on social media, rather than what is happening in real life. In this episode of BTY we discuss how leaving social media out of your life would be beneficial to you. It is beneficial to one's attention span, ability to be present, and it stops you from comparing yourself to others. Thank you for watching this episode of BTY, we'll see you soon for another one. Sincerely, BTY Hello, and welcome to Better Than Yesterday! This is a project started by two best friends living in South Africa and Namibia. The goal of Better Than Yesterday is to create a community and platform where young people can be inspired to invest in themselves each and every day. Daniel and I are on a journey to live these three words out every day, and will be documenting this process, here on Youtube as well as on Instagram. You can also catch us on your favorite podcast streaming platforms!
