Hal enjoyed a marvelous career as a lead player for the Big Bands of Les Brown, Harry James, Woody Herman, Maynard Ferguson, Buddy Morrow, etc. He played for the Dean Martin Show, the Carol Burnett Show, Tom Jones Show, the Hollywood Place TV Show, and many others. He worked with Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Tony Bennett and many other iconic vocalists. In addition, Hal transitioned to serve as President of the American Federation of Musicians, Musicians Union Local #47. Hal shares his personal memories and thoughts on his experiences and the friends he made along the way.
