After getting sherlocked last year, it became clear that cross-platform support was make or break for our company. In this episode, we talk with members of our engineering team to find out how they pulled it off. Learn how we tried to avoid rewriting our code but ultimately found we had to. Hear why we chose the Rust programming language for the rewrite and how it's our future development strategy. Finally, we discuss the most challenging parts of porting to Windows and provide advice for others doing the same.
