Welcome to the Building Design, Prime Time Podcast! This week Frank and Amelia welcome a special guest Toby who is a Thermal Performance Assessor. Toby explains ways to achieve the six star minimum energy requirements of a home and how this affects the heating and cooling of the home. Toby also discusses with Frank and Amelia the implications of a home that performs poorly and how it can create an unhealthy home. This episode was discussed in great detail and so we have broken the podcast down into two parts. This episode is part 1 of the two parts and we will upload the second part next week .
