You don't need a degree to be in web3. That has a nice ring to it :) On this episode we get a glimpse into Ian and Jack's journey as Web3 software developers. They both learned how to build web3 apps while in school and decided to pursue this as a career full-time. There are so so many different paths you can take into Web3; both technical and non-technical. Jack and Ian are a great example of how you can put in the work to learn something completely new and exciting...and create a thriving business on the other side. It's important to hear stories like Ian and Jack's so we can stay inspired to keep learning all of the new things that come with the web3 rabbit hole.
