"How I had to go backward to go forward"

Something I want to share is that this is a very honest episode focusing on some of my money story and what things I have learned from. I also want to share when you look at yourself try not to pass judgment even though I know its easy to do so.

In this episode I talk about how to recognize a stable foundation. I talk about why it is that we start over. How emotional and childhood things hold you back. How you cant jump, baby steps are necessary. Emotionally, physically, mentally supported.

In this episode we touch on:

  • Growth time
  • Rest time
  • Me time
  • Work time
  • Healing time

Pillars

  1. Spirituality
  2. Healthy ego
  3. Livelihood
  4. Relationships
  5. Body Temple
  6. Fiances
  7. Beliefs (childhood specifically) (money) (what do you need to build a stable foundation or a successful are they the same
  8. Community

  1. Understanding YOUR foundation
  2. Identifying A stable foundation (self reflect questions)
  3. Recognizing a rocky foundation
  4. Strengthening your foundation
  5. Maintaining a stable foundation

Takeaway + Action: The importance of baby steps. Taking time rather than rushing. I was just trying to go faster. Action is to journal around what your foundation looks like and recognizing where your foundation is.
