Today, I’m sharing the behind the scenes of my own attempt at the Business Bravery Challenge, before I teach it to you this week.
I like to teach from my experience rather than theory especially as that can make it more valuable in the teaching.
This week, I ran through the 5 Days of Bravery, Set a Goal to create relationships with Strangers online, dealt with negative thoughts, beliefs, blocks and anxiety.
This is a slightly messy account of doing something Brave in my business as I work outside my comfort zone.
While building relationships isn’t new for me, sharing my results online is and that pressure was a trigger for anxiety and stress.
