Today on the Business Bravery Podcast, I’m revealing my 5 Minute Process to De-Stress & Show up Confidently on Sales Calls, Discovery Calls, Strategy Calls (whatever you want to call them 🤣).

I’m so excited to share this with you because even writing the notes for this 5 Minute Audio calmed me down and moved me into a state of ‘Heck Yeah, I can do this! I can help people 😀’

This is my Process for Confident Sales Calls. This is my mental process to decrease the nerves, overcome negative thoughts and shift into a feeling of confidence and certainty.

So I can show up on a Sales Call, as my best self ready to help other people, instead of being caught up in my own mind drama.

The actual process is about a 5 minute audio, and I have an introduction talking about my experiences, those of my clients, my struggles with anxiety and just how I came to create this process for myself.

If you’ve heard other people say: You’ve gotta do the work, be prepared, get in the zone and wondered what the heck are you on about - well this audio is my version.
