“ I think it's about getting clear on what your method of problem solving is. And if somebody doesn't have that, if they're not exactly sure why or how they did something, that's an easy no for you. And those people who understand from their mistakes, who can talk you through their logic, their thought process, what the algorithm they have programmed between their ears that lets people more self-aware enough and are able to get and give more feedback, we're open for more coaching and more support, and can be trusted to be left alone, not only to do the job that needs to be done, but to suss out, find and eliminate problems that you as a manager maybe didn't even know existed.”
