You’ve heard the saying buy low and sell high. If you think about that for a moment, what do you think it means? Prices can’t just be high, there must be dips in the market, pullbacks and recessions.
There must be pain before gain. Of course, our rational minds know this, but investing isn’t always rational. There’s nothing rational about staying the course in the midst of a storm, but a skilled and confident navigator knows better.
And that’s the point of this podcast, for us to explore the possibility of keeping a steady hand in the face of adversity and know when to fully take advantage of a crisis. How to look for opportunity. It was Churchill who famously said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste."
