As a young man, John Dinius worked in casinos in the slots department. In 2002, he started working as the Slot shift manager at Sycuan Casino. He rose through the ranks of Slot's to the position of General Manager in 2019. In 2020, he became Chief Executive Officer at Table Mountain Casino.
