Leadership and management are two different but essential skilss required to scale up a business. Leaders inspire while managers control. You lead people but manage things. Both are essential for a business to be successful.

WHO IS DAVID: David was trained to lead in the Australian Defence Force, law enforcement, and another discreet agency, where he specialised in leading and developing covert operators working remotely and in high-risk/high-stakes situations.
David has served as the CEO and Managing Director of public and private companies in Australia and Europe. For over two decades, David has been at the forefront of business coaching mentoring CEOs and executives.
