Jennifer Rose Bryant is the Founder of Business Women Australia, a dynamic collective of leaders and learners.
Jennifer has an impressive and long career in entrepreneurship, supporting women in business for over a decade. She is the driver of BWA’s mission to become the most highly regarded community of businesswomen in Australia.
She manages the day-to-day operations of the organisation, its people and resources. She works hard to ensure successful implementation of the BWA strategy and guides the business culture of the collective as an inclusive, supportive and innovative group.
As a dynamic businesswoman and mother of four talented daughters, Jennifer has always been a big believer in the potential and power of feminine strength. Under her leadership, BWA members are encouraged to forge strategic alliances and genuine friendships in business and life.

About Lyn Hawkins:
Lyn Hawkins is a Director of Business Women Australia. Since first coming on board as an angel investor and adviser, she has loved seeing how the collective is fast becoming one of the most active and influential groups for women in business.
Her career spans over 25 years in business strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing and general management. She has held senior roles with KPMG, Telstra, HHG Legal Group and HLB Mann Judd.
Lyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with double majors in strategic management and marketing where her early research in R&D based industries helped ignite her long held interest in new technology and innovation.
She believes her career has been preparing her for the work she does now, and loves so much, with Business Women Australia. No longer just advising BWA, she is actively involved on a day to day basis, in leading the national strategic growth and business development for BWA.
