Martina is a 36 year old Italian, wife and working mum of an active 4 year old, Leonardo. Martina’s native background is Italian but, after more than 7 years spent across Tokyo, Sydney and Singapore she feels like she has many backgrounds!
During these years, Martina had the chance to develop an incredible resilience having to start her career from scratch in 2 different Countries with success.
Martina has 12 years’ experience in sales and marketing in APJ and Europe Regions mostly for Tech Companies such as Microsoft Corporation. She develops data-driven go-to-market strategies for driving revenue growth.
On today’s show, Martina will share:
* Insights on what it means to be a working woman in a foreign country;
* How to navigate motherhood as an expat and a working mum;
* Tips for women who are experiencing similar challenges – even if by choice and much more.

My native background is Italian but, after more than 7 years spent across Tokyo, Sydney and Singapore I feel like I have many backgrounds.
