For the months of October through December, Butterfly Being is offline as it relates to new recordings being published. But as a special bonus, I have lined up episodes from my audio archive to keep you entertained and thinking new thoughts that aim to curate new mindsets.
This episode is a morning contemplation focused on a new energy that has landed in my being. It is the energy of a person and the stirring of old perspectives based on prior history and how that now stood up to my current moment intents. It explores sexuality, emotion and body connectivity formed in my mind early on, lessons learned from that formation and challenged old behaviors to land a meaningful engagement choice without old mindsets driving the behavior of now .
