Today's cocktail: Stevie’s “Strawberry Leopard”
- 2 oz gin or vodka (I used Ventura Spirits Haymaker, but I recommend gin)
- 2 oz St. Germain
- 1 oz creme de cassis
- 1 oz lime juice
- Club soda
Add all ingredients but the club soda to a shaker. Wet shake, then strain into a highball glass over ice, top with club soda, garnish with a lime wedge. Makes two cocktails.
