So here we are then the third and final piece of the marathon session with Gary Ward. Bit of context required for this last session.
Firstly - we'd been playing for four hours already and it was by now 1am on a school night.
Secondly - Gary had been in the pub through the afternoon and turned up with a six pack of beer. Problem was I don't drink beer, so they were all Gary's. As you can imagine by 1am there weren't any beers left! Not to feel left behind - I mean it's important we are playing from the same head space. I made every effort to finish off the bottle of Mr Black that was in my cupboard.
So we weren't Drunk, but there was a bit of looseness.
You can hear it make an appearance more often in this last session. but don't let that put you off, we were playing one track each and had been for an hour. That gave us time to crate dig some huge tracks. We continued with the theme and moved from MAW to Kerri Chandler and finally Sandy Rivera.
The tanks were absolutely drained by the end of the set. But we had a mental time and are looking to do it all again.
