πŸ•΅πŸ»β€β™€οΈ The Pain Detective Karen Chappell is IN THE GRIT SEAT!

I recently sat down with Karen for a chat for episode 063 of the Cafe Grit podcast.

This guest appearance was personal for me because Karen has helped me so much with my physical and mental pain.

I first started working with her about six months after a bad fall where I bruised my hip. I stepped on a wet spot while walking across a slanted parking lot one morning.

(And by "wet spot" I mean slick-as-glass mini-ice skating rink. I went down like a ton of bricks.)

I had it checked out and it did heal up fine, but one day I found myself unable to sleep in any position because of the deep hip pain.

πŸͺ„ Karen's help was nothing short of magic. She got to the root of the problem and looked at the situation from the whole-body perspective (which is such a refreshing change from the typical "treat the symptom" experience many of us have).

Later, she and I did some mind work, which opened my eyes to a lot of things about myself I hadn't thought about before.

In this episode, we talk about pain, stress, Karen's philosophy on owning our bodies, being a trailblazer, and much more.

πŸ‘‰ Please check it out...and IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING CHRONIC PAIN please get in touch with Karen Chappell!

⭐️ And let us know in the comments...what type of pain do you need help with?
