In the early morning hours of December 14, 2006, 55-year-old James Langley woke up to excruciating pain and realized he was on fire. He managed to extinguish himself as his wife went next door to get help. He would be transported to the hospital but would sadly pass away 12 days later. During the investigation, detectives would soon learn that there was someone who had a motive to hurt James and it was someone who they initially wouldn’t have suspected.
