In 1993, Shilie Turner was a bright, talented 17-year-old girl with a great future ahead of her. With multiple scouting offers from various colleges, Shilie was on her way to attending college on a track scholarship and becoming a professional athlete one day. But, all those hopes and dreams would vanish when Shilie’s lifeless body was found on February 20 after being missing for over a month. Initially, the investigation doesn’t produce any viable leads until someone close to Shilie begins acting odd and finally, investigators have someone to look into it.
