In this episode of Caitlin's Couch, Caitlin is joined by Suzanne Shepard, a pilates instructor with a passion for inspiring women to strengthen their connection with their partner and become less defensive overall.

Suzanne has been married to her wife for upwards of seven years and has perfected the art of taking responsibility for her defensiveness and how damaging it can be and how to have better fights.

She shares how she went from feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable from defensiveness in her relationship to a state of relief, realizing that her partner is on her side.
