In December of 1976, Janet Stallcup disappeared in Garden Grove, CA. After an extensive search she was found murdered in her car just 2 miles from her home. The search for her murderer lasts over 40 years and includes possible connections with other murders in the area. In 2021, this crime was finally solved by genetic genealogy. In this episode, we discuss the crime from the moment she went missing to the day investigators finally had the answer to this mystery.
