If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also.

Prayer
God, like our ancestors in faith, we are sometimes afraid and full of doubt. In your boundless love, you are with us in our fear, love us in our doubts, and grant us the oceans of your peace. Thank you for loving us as we are. Teach us not to hide from our doubt, but to recognize it as a door to mystery and to deeper faith. We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
