🎙️ In this episode, I share the mic with Erik DaRosa. After silently battling mental illness for decades, Erik made the decision to open up about his struggles, which led him to leave his job on Wall Street and ultimately move to Colorado to become a ski instructor. Through much introspection and the support of his ‘healing team’, Erik has been able to find peace and live out his purpose to help others do the same.

Erik is a speaker, author and the host of From Survivor to Thriver, a podcast that tackles a variety of mental health topics through honest and relatable “kitchen table” conversations with people who are helping to shatter mental health stigmas.

🎧 Tune in to hear Erik share:

  • The importance of normalizing discussions around mental health topics
  • Why we need to cultivate communities of support on our healing journeys
  • How various types of healing modalities provide unique benefits
  • How we can compassionately approach conversations about mental health with different generations
