This is not necessarily the case; tribal knowledge can be the passing down of vital knowledge from a group of mechanics to others. In today’s episode, we explore the positives and negatives of tribal knowledge, the psychological aspects of it, how it can turn negative, and what can we do to preserve the good and mitigate the bad.
