Know the RFID chips some place in their pets? Human tested by this guy in '98.

Then Kevin Warwick surgically implanted a chip into his arm, plugged it into the internet and controlled a robot arm on the other side of the world. The device then relayed data back to his nervous system so he could feel the pressure the robot was applying. THAT was 15 years ago.

Today, Mr. Warwick is focused on helping people via Cybernetics; Parkinson's as an example.
