In this "Golden Nugget" segment, I'd discussed the power of manifestation through daily mantras.
100 years ago, French psychologist Emile Coué wrote a book called “Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion.” It details how to manifest positive thoughts and motivation towards goals. In repeating his mantra “every day in every way, I am getting better and better,” 20 times a day in a monotonous tone, it was proven in a case study [at the time] to render results.
I’ve applied that principle with my teams in this mantra: “We Stake Our Claim, We Take What’s Ours, We Will Have What We Deserve.”
When you’re feeling demotivated, you can create your own mantras that are congruent to your needs and ambitions.
No matter how you’re feeling, there’s always that second wind that can spark out of nowhere... or from within. 🙂
