And who better to discuss the topic than David Culver, Senior VP of Public Affairs at the U.S. Cannabis Council and Legalize America! David and I spoke last week about several topics, including the possibility of moving cannabis off the Schedule 1 controlled substance list, and he predicted yesterday's announcement during our conversation. He also discussed the important work being done by Legalize America, which is taking the fight for legal cannabis right to Capitol Hill.
