We're used to prepping for work...creating meeting agendas, outlining action items, and communicating with coworkers. But how come we don't take that same approach to our home life? What would happen if we took the time to be intentional at home too?

In a world filled with Netflix and Tik Tok distractions, it's easy to let external influences dictate our lives. So in this week's episode, Steve Perkins explores the importance of hitting that 'upper-right quadrant' at home -- being proactive in our relationships to create a meaningful and emotionally connected family life.

And it all starts with 'Saying the Feeling'.
