Have transparent conversations with your leader if you have that rapport
Attend conferences, webinars, etc. to learn new things
Push yourself outside of your comfort zone
Do work you're proud of and want to share with others
Do the work you're good at
Strive for some semblance of a balance
Celebrate your wins
Go after what you want
Let your confidence shine
Set boundaries where appropriate
Don't wait until the next thing to find happiness
Get / find the support you need
Align yourself with the culture that you enjoy
