One of the most relevant and essential discussions we need to have right now is that of Anxiety at workplaces and understanding the coping mechanisms behind it. But before we start we would like to place a disclaimer that neither of us is a psychiatrist. In today's discussion,experiences we are going to explore how different people have dealt with stress. What are the simple steps they have undertaken to do that? And what experience have taught us about stress?

We have to remember that there is no short term miraculous pill that short-term you take that makes the stress go away.

If you are facing severe issues, we always advise that you consult a qualified doctor. Today’s episode shouldn’t be in any way taken as a permanent solution. It is a mere lookout through the eyes of different people and their experiences with stress, more like a discussion to increase awareness.
