A person’s character is shown through their actions, not what they say they’ll do. At the beginning of the year most people set resolutions. We have learned that resolutions only work if you put the action in to back it up. In this episode Syd and Ang are staying accountable with each other through a check in. Are they taking action on their goals? Are they integrating the lessons they’ve learned? Or are they all talk and no action? We have learned that the best way to grow is by having an accountability partner to help keep you in check. We are human, we all forget sometimes. These check-ins provide space for us to be honest with ourselves, where we are struggling, where we are succeeding and where we need to take more action.
