Federal Issues Storms have delayed the budget negotiations so we aren't expecting anything until November or even later. Memogate On it's face this memo was so poorly written that it is very suprising that Scott Gottlieb was ever even considered to be the in any postiion at the FDA. The fight for ensuring vaping continues for later generations is a very long and hard fight. Our expectations need to be kept in check. The ANTZ have directly contributed to this situation where something like the memo alleged to come from Gottlieb is taken to heart even when the evidence is not poitning to hos having written it. Don't buy into silver bullet solutions. And we advocate for direct participation by consumers to their lawmakers and this is the only sort of solution that seems viable in this situation.
