Distractions are an act or behaviour we indulge in to avoid unpleasant emotions. During this COVID19 epidemic we are being forced to actually face these emotions. Because most of our distractions are no longer accessible to us. We now need to face the pain, realise that the pain is not the enemy...but an indication of something deeper that needs healing.
