Nat doesn't shock Cat very often, but she left us with a real zinger last week! In part two this week, we are talking about having someone in your life who isn't bringing you joy and how releasing them can be really hard. Nat released someone from her life and feels lucky that it isn't something she has to deal with anymore. There's nothing there anymore, and that's just fine.
