Christopher Dunn has been in prison for 33 years for murder. Last week, a St. Louis judge overturned his conviction and ordered his release. However, the Missouri attorney general filed a notice of appeal with the state Supreme Court and told the prison to keep Dunn in jail while the legal battle plays out.

The FDA has approved a new blood test that could change the way we detect colon cancer, which is the second most common cause of cancer-related deaths in U.S. adults. CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook explains.
