Two decades ago, the 9/11 Commission found al Qaeda acted alone in the Sept. 11 attacks that killed nearly 3,000 Americans, but victims' families say that isn't true. They point to a newly-released video filmed outside the U.S. Capitol two years before the attacks, and other evidence, as proof. The families are now suing Saudi Arabia, claiming its government provided crucial assistance to the hijackers and planners of the attacks.

Former President Donald Trump has called for an end to federal taxes on tips, a proposal gaining traction among some congressional Republicans. However, the potential cost in lost tax revenue remains unclear. CBS News' Ed O'Keefe reports from Las Vegas, where service workers share their views on the idea.

Actor Donald Sutherland, who starred in "M*A*S*H" and "The Hunger Games," died Thursday at the age of 88 after a long illness, his agent said. His son, Kiefer Sutherland, called his father "one of the most important actors in the history of film."

In the "Facing Fertility" series, we explore reproductive hurdles and highlight the stories of those affected by infertility. One in six adults worldwide experiences infertility, with 60% reporting mental health impacts. Marisa Renee Lee's book, "Grief Is Love," delves into living a joyful life after loss, including the grief from infertility and pregnancy loss.

Alexandra "Alex" Scott was diagnosed with neuroblastoma before her first birthday. At 4, she held her first fundraiser, raising over $2,000 by selling lemonade. By the time she died in 2004, she had raised $1 million. Alex's Lemonade Stand has since raised over $300 million for childhood cancer research and support. Her parents join "CBS Mornings" to talk about her legacy.

Joseph Quinn stars alongside Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o in "A Quiet Place: Day One." The film is a prequel to the hit movie franchise "A Quiet Place" and explores the events of the first day the aliens invade Earth. Quinn joins "CBS Mornings" to talk about the new movie.
