Last night, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz made a big debut as running mate to Vice President Kamala Harris in front of an energized crowd in Philadelphia. The entire Democratic establishment praised the pick and the campaign raked in more than 20 million dollars in one day.

Democrats have deployed an army of influencers, looking to attract younger voters online. They reflect a different kind of campaigning, designed to win the newest battleground, our social media feeds.

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known as A.O.C., joins us exclusively on CBS Mornings. She discusses Vice President Kamala Harris's VP pick, Governor Tim Walz, and what it means for Harris's campaign.
